i'm just curious if i'm the one who's often checking my email or the USCIS web if they update my case..lol

I checked it like 5 or 7 times total during our K-1 process. Some people are excessive about checking it. Some people never check it. Whatever helps you get through the process.

well can't whine too much its only 22 days. But I check daily sometimes more than once. You know sometimes one early ones gets through maybe one of us will catch the eye of that wonderful adjudicator (wink wink)yes.gif

I think though I am more addicted to this VJ forums and my support groups. Well here's to good news soon for us all.

05/17/2013.....I-465 & I-765 sent USPS priority mail + K2 package

05/24/2013......Email, Text of Receiving package on 5/20

05/28/2013.......Check cashed for K1 nothing for K2 yet

06/01/2013......Hard Copy of NOA1 received: I-465 and _I-765 Application for employment

06/02/2013.......rfe on K2 Missed a signiture

06/13/2013.......Email, Text of Receiving package after K2 rfe

06/??/2013...... Bio-metric hard-copy.

06/24/2013...... Bio-metric hard-copy.for k2

06/25/2013........Biometrics complete for k-1 and k-2 12:00 appiontment took longer getting through security.

07/09/2013.........Interview & Scheduling (Status Changed)

07/15/2013.........Interview aug 14 no cards yet.

07/19/2013......On July 19, 2013 we ordered production of your new card.i765 \ July 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131

07/30/2013 ......Recieved EAD in mail. nothing else.

08/08/2013 ......Recieved k2 interview for sept 6........what? he is 8.

09/10/2013 ......On September 10, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

during the first 3 months, i am not checking the status on the USCIS website but now that we are past 4 months, I always check, maybe about 3-4 times a day.. LOL

we are still waiting and waiting and waiiitttiiiinnnggg... :|

04/25/2012 - 5 months of waiting. Fiance called USCIS to ask for an update. They told us to wait for a few more days.

04/27/2012 - RFE email notification :(
05/03/2012 - RFE hardcopy received. They are asking for circumstances of meeting and proof of meeting within 2 years.
05/04/2012 - RFE reply sent
05/11/2012 - RFE reply received by CSC
05/21/2012 - NOA2 text and email notification :)
05/24/2012 - NOA2 hardcopy received

NVC Processing
06/25/2012 - I called NVC and got our case number. Visa Fee paid as well.
06/28/2012 - I129F was forwarded to USEM. Interview scheduled.

MANILA
07/05/2012 - Consulate received petition
07/05/2012 to 07/06/2012 - MEDICAL (PASSED)
07/18/2012 - INTERVIEW (Result: 221G for current sustained income)
07/25/2012 - sent the documents (income letter, paychecks, pay stubs, letter of employment) via 2Go Courier

07/30/2012 - Documents under review by Consular Officer
09/07/2012 - VISA ISSUED.. Finally! :)
09/12/2012 - Visa on hand
09/24/2012 - CFO Seminar.. Got the certificate and sticker!

10/10/2012 - departure
10/11/2012 - arrival in United States

10/12/2012 - applied for a marriage license; scheduled marriage as well
10/22/2012 - MARRIAGE
10/25/2012 - applied for SSN card
10/30/2012 - received SSN card via mail

Ok... I have began to loses sleep because of the USCIS website now........ I think that I have checked it 12 times today......

LOL I'm starting to get really bad too. I check several times a day and I'm always checking Igor's list to see what dates are being approved.

I check at least 3 times a day, first thing when I wake up, during the lunch and before I go to sleep... driving me crazy already! Plus everytime I get an email my heart is beating faster and I am repeating 5 words in my head: let it be my approval! :rofl:

me.... thats the first thing i do when i woke up... and then... checked again and again and again....my god its an obsession already!! but then i tried to stop it by signing in on uscis status update..... i created an account and they will just notify me thru email if they already updated my status... in that way i will never check it more often.

holy cow! i got approved!! right after i posted this message... i got the call from my fiance that we got approved!! noa2 may 7.. thank god!
