I wanted to get some feedback.My fiancee does not have a computer with a printer so to fill out the DS260 at th einternet cafe would be expensive.My question is it legal for me to fill out the form on my computer and that way I can get the print out. You can sign in as petitioner and fill out 99% of the form. After that have her sign in as principal applicant and sign the form. Make sure you put your name as the person that helped fill out the form, its on the last page. This will save you money in a internet cafe since it will only take about 15 mins or less to submit and print.
