Hello,

So i'm wanting to get ready for my I-864 finally! I just want to have it done and out of the way so I dont have to worry about it.. Now I have to have a co-sponsor, she is my husbands aunt that lives in GA. She has her naturalization cert. what does she have to send me along with her filled out i-864 form? proof of legal status, W-2s/transcripts? if she has 2-3 yrs worth of W-2s does she still have to have a letter from her employer? Can the proof of legal status be just a copy of her cert.? Thanks in advance :)

Hey not too sure about that one, but make sure you have a plan in effect to get the choice of agent letter info to the NVC. Things will not get rolling with them until they receive that. Trying to find out if anyone has done it by way on email from Jamaica and was successful. Time is very important when it comes to this particular document.
