I am looking for a good lawyer in the Seattle area. My last lawyer has been playing games with me and im getting ready to sue him for malpractice. My wife and I have been waiting on since october 2004 for a visa, the lawyer gave me a receipt number that did not belong to my wife, supposedly he submitted a document trace which i paid him to do but he hasnt sent me the trace results when i keep asking for it. now he says he has resubmitted teh paperwork. By now obviously i trust him as far as i can throw a building.

I miss my wife so much.

Thanks for you help

Woody

Hi :star:

I don't personally know of any lawyers in the Seattle area but I would check out www.aila.com it is a website for immigration attorneys. Another thing I have heard of is people hiring lawyers that are not near them and just corresponding via phone and email. Whatever you are comfortable with.

I hope that you get your visa soon. Are there complications? Why such a hold up?

Good Luck,

Jamie
