Hi,

I have my greencard interview on tuesday. I am a bit nervous but we have nothing to hide. I met my wife in dublin in Dec 2003, we met one month later. I was out my my relatives and she was out with friends. We moved back to the states in march of this year. We got married in april. Finally our lives got a kickstart this week as i started a new job in boston. I cannot thank all of the VJ members who have given me advice and support in the past.

I have a pre checklist done but if anyone thinks i need any more info please feel free to post.

1. The interview letter

2. My Wife’s individual tax return for the years 05, 04 and 02.

3. Letter from his job stating how much she makes etc.

4. My wife’s passport / US ID

5. advance parole and my work authorisation card

6. My K1 fiancé visa that I came over on and my i94.

7. My biometrics letter with the stamp included.

8. i-485 receipt.

9. I-765 receipt.

10. My birth certificate

11. My wife’s birth certificate, her driving licence.

12. Photocopy of our marriage.

13 Letter from Citizens bank stating myself and my wife on our account.

14. Mortgage letter for house we own in Ireland addressed to both me and my wife. We are both on the mortgage. How much more proof do I need lol. Life assurance policy we have in Ireland.

15. Emails from my wife. I don’t think I may need them as my wife lived in Ireland with me.

16. Wedding album, hundreds of pictures from holidays in Ireland, US, France, Dublin Texas etc. We must have thousands of pictures.

17. Letter from my parents in law stating we live with them.

18. Pictures of me with my wife’s side of the family including her parents.

19. Medical information from when I did my medical in November of last year in Dublin.

20. Letters, wedding cards etc from my side of the family in ireland and my wifes family in the states.

21. Email ticket confirmations from aer lingus under my wifes and my name. I must have between 10-20 emails.

Oh no....

I just read your list. I knew AOS, etc. was the next step but ......

We are a recalled IMBRA case (March app) that just got the visa. I have a feeling all that hassle is going to be nothing compared to this.

(I embrace my exhaustion.

I embrace my exhaustion.

[baby, I love you.]

I embrace my exhaustion....)

Good luck on Tuesday!

Good luck with the interview! :D

I’m sure everything will be fine; sounds like you have more than enough evidence. We’ve got our AOS interview coming up on the 24th October, not too many weeks away. When it’s all listed out like that it just shows how much documentation and information is needed for the interview. it’s almost making me nervous thinking about it!
