04/06/2012 - AOS - package signed for, USPS delivery confirmation (Day 1)
04/11/2012 - USCIS acceptance confirmation via text and email for all 4 forms (Day 6)
04/12/2012 - Checks cashed (Day 7)
04/16/2012 - NOAs received in mail (Day 11)
04/19/2012 - Biometrics appointment received for 05/04/12 (Day 14)
04/23/2012 - Successful biometrics walk-in (Day 18)
05/21/2012 - Received notice for interview on 06/26/2012 (Day 46)]
06/05/2012 - Received emails/texts for EAD card production and approval of I-131 (AP) (Day 61)
06/13/2012 - Received EAD/AP combo card in mail (Day 69)
06/26/2012 - AOS Interview - approved on the spot. Also received emails/texts for card production (Day 82)

06/28/2012 - received update: Card Production ordered

07/22/2012 - Card Received in mail!!!

Just sent my AOS package yesterday sooo excited and nervous at same time wish everyone the best of LUCK

It's ok to be nervous and soo excited after spending a great amount of time and devotion on compiling documents/files/papers. Excitement should balance out the nervousness, right??? Good luck to you and hope you receive your 1st acceptance email/text on time (within the next 3-6 days).

I will be filing at end of month..We are getting married on the 21st. At least the wedding is keeping me busy. Got the dress yesterday after final fitting..so now its the last few things on list to do. First few weeks here were hard emotionally...missing old job, family, friends... really sucks. You really have to keep yourself busy. After paperwork is in will be ANOTHER waiting game. But I have my cure for that for a while. Spring is finally arriving, which means time in the garden, and I have hours an hours to spend playing Star Wars the Old Republic, hahha :P

June 08 - Met online playing COV/COH

July 09 - Met in person, 3 week vacation

Dec 09 - Stayed with boyfriend for a few months visit

Sept 10 - BF visited me for one week

Feb 11 - BF visited again, Proposed, ENGAGED

March 22/11 - Mailed k-1 packet

March 29/11 - Recieved

June 22/11 RFE (more evidence of meeting)

July 12/11 sent in more goodies

July 30/11 NOA 2 approved

Aug 22/11 Packet 3 done

Oct 21/11 booked interview

Dec 7/11 Medical (no problems)

Dec 8/11 Interview in Vancouver - APPROVED!!

Is any one here applying for EAD and AP right now? and also, do you know what office to send it to?

If you are adjusting your status it all goes to one spot-the Chicago Lock box.
