Just received DS-3032 and the AOS bill of $88. My case starts with GUZ so it's eligible for EP.

Am I correct about the next steps below?

1. Have foreign spouse printed out DS-3032 in email with barcode on it, fill and sign, scan, send OPTIN email to NVC.

2. Pay AOS asap with the current GUZ number

I read somewhere that my spouse should print out the DS-3032 online (one without barcode) instead, is it because the barcode indicates

non-EP NVC processing???

I can just pay the AOS ($88) fee right now, even before DS-3032 is signed, right?

Thanks in advance.

You are getting a good one! LOL dancin5hr.gif

I read the same thing. Your spouse should fill out and print a plain DS-3032 (the one not sent in the email). Scan it and send you the scanned DS-3032 as an attachment. You would then attach the scanned attachment to your OPTIN email.

AOS fee can be paid at any time.

Some light reading for yer weekend:

DJ Walker - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/251451-uscis-nvc/

IMO, if you actually READ what's there, learning of his pitfalls along the way, and not repeating them - you should be ok.

Oh Hey Ryan - I totally forgot about you for moment. I think after chasing down the 'PD IS CURRENT' game for almost 2 years, this fella needs to read something else, hence the DJ Walker Thread.

But if one wants clear, concise-ness, I'll recommend yer thread anyday.

Maybe, since this is such a momumental time for him, he can fill out his timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=100329

i read the threads. I'm at the point where AOS fee ($88) is shown PAID and GZO number is received.

However, when I try to print/email the cover sheet, I get a blank page.

With the GUZ number before, cover sheet works in the portal.

I emailed NVC about it and get no answer yet. I need to call them and ask why.

With the cover sheet I'm ready to send the AOS package right? Or do I need to wait for NVC to send me something..?

I'm missing item 1, and 4. Doing my tax tonight..

AOS Package :

1. coversheet from payment portal

2. cover letter

3. I-864

4. 2011 tax return and W2

5. tax transcripts from the previous two years

6. employment letter

7. pay stubs

8. proof of Green Card (scan copy)

using the GZO # at the portal is one of them.

wait a bit, 1 to 3 days, until you can print it again.

you said you read the threads.

I offered DJ Walker's thread, early on.

You'll learn that the NVC goons know nothing of EP that is useful.
