Didn't mean to offend! This site can be confusing and I was just suggesting the use of kinder re-direction and links for new comers. That is all... Good luck with your journey.

Yes, but if you have been here as long as INKY and some of the others, it does get tiring to see the same old questions asked over and over and over when there is a search feature, a guides that gives step-by-step instructions and the instructions themselves. The information, required documents, and fees are all listed in the USCIS instructions for each and every form. If you missed that then there is a very good chance you missed something else. It may be harsh advice, but if followed it could prevent an RFE thus saving you time in the end (I did not see it as being that harsh compared to some of the other things I've seen here).

To the OP: the destination is out of your hands once you send it to Texas. Please do remember to inform the USCIS of your move within the 10 days using the on-line versionof the AR-11 and to mention you have a petition pending. Also remember that the USPS will NOT forward any mail from the USCIS.

Good luck on your journey,

Dave

It's on page 5 of the I-129F instructions document, which is also the page that provides details on the payment. I'd say that's in a clearly stated place given it's in the USCIS documentation. The key takeaway should be to make sure everyone reads through all of the instructions provided to ensure you don't miss any of the details for completing the petition before mailing it off.
