Jeez... did we share a common "EX".....

When it came to evil and vicious I thought she had the market cornered.

I'll bet your ex didn't have your utilities turned off on a Saturday morning when she knew you'd be at work and away from home for more than 16 hours. Imagine the ruined food due to no utilities until Monday morning. Now that is evil!

"The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady of the United States, 1945.

Haha...Well, it would be funny if it weren't so real; its really disturbing how easy it is for anyone to craft something and send it off to an email address. It's quite unfair, why should my wife have to contend with accusations from my ex when the ex represents neither judge or jury and anything she says must be viewed in the context of an extremely biased party? In fact, I'm seriously wondering whether I can sue her for character defamation. On the outside chance, as low as it may be, if my ex interferes with an immigration process using false information, my guess is that is grounds for some kind of legal recourse or lawsuit.

I read another post on a topic similar to this and it was said that the embassy gives little attention to those emails/letters/phone calls, so don't worry too much about that. She is the past, let her stay there... spend your energy planning a GREAT life with your new wife.

Nope she didn't do that, she threatened me that if I when through with the divorce she would make sure the kids hated me... sweet huh? Worked for a few years even, the one day they got smart... thank goodness.

Do you have that number handy?

Click the girls under my name, study left panel, it's in there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Called the embassy, still no change...haven't called the DoS yet (thanks for the #), but the embassy customer service folks told me they'll just say the same thing, i.e. "the visa application is still at the embassy". It's been 1 week since we completed the CENOMAR at the NSO and were told the embassy would pick it up in one weeks time (today). It's frustrating waiting, but I guess I have no choice. I wish they could give us detailed information, like "everything has been approved and we just need that CENOMAR" instead of "the embassy is still processing the visa".

On a different topic, does anyone know how the internal approval process might differ if you were pre-approved by the NVC (for a CR-1) or does everyone get "pre-approved" before getting to the interview? Another question, do they actually look at all three years of taxes on the i864 or just the most recent year? Thanks.
