Can they visit those who got married in U.S while they were on B1/B2 visa and applied for AOS??

By the grammar of your question, yes, people can visit other people in the US who got married etc. etc. I think your question is if you can get married in the US while on a B1/B2 visa. The answer is yes, with caveats. For a B2, especially, you have to make sure there is no misrepresentation - ie: did you lie to a border guard. More details on your situation will help us, help you.

Is the question whether USCIS will visit your house to check you live together if you apply for AOS from a B2 visa after marriage?

If so, it isn't the usual procedure, but it's not uncommon either. Going by stories on VJ, it seems to be happening more often recently.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yup you are right...my question is ,what you mentioned!!!They can have home visit before the interview or any time during the conditional residency period?

June 2011 - Entered US to visit family, decided to stay.

Well I was wondering same thing too, but we might end up being banned from this thread. A real marriage doesn't worry about any home visit before, on, and after interview. Very straight forward.

Maybe they have a messy house? I'd be ashamed to have the officers over in my apartment if it looks like a pigsty! :devil:

Yes they can come see your home anytime, but are unlikely to do unless there are red flags or they have been tipped off by someone. You can refuse to let them in, but personally I think that is a bad idea, no matter how messy the house is.

W O W, what a thought!!!Really hats off to your thoughts.I think, since you guys are approved from uscis that's why now you take other's worries for granted and

start assuming absurd.The reason I asked this question is,my wife works in the night shift at hospital and returns home by 7:30.If any one turns up in the early

morning at 1:00,and do not find my wife...they will have a negative impact,though explanations will be given to them at that very moment that she is working at

hospital and every contact details will be given to them to contact her at work any time.I hope now my situation is very clear to those who possibly thinking

that we are into a marriage for immigration benefits.
