When turning in supplements and additional paperwork like court papers and proof of relationship with the 129 do i need to sign and date every page or just the first page(cover page) thanks

When you need extra room on a form and make a supplemental sheet, then mark at the top that it is a supplement sheet and put the question number and the actual question you are answering further on this sheet, then sign and date it at the bottom. Place it behind the form it goes with. You can paperclip them together if you like. Other things you send as evidence do not need to add an extra signature and date, especially legal court documents. On the cover letter, list what is in contained in your package in the order you stacked your papers, then sign and date your cover letter as well.
