Hey Everyone!! So, I've been thinking, I need a Texas ID with my new name on it...I can't apply for AOS until at least May because we have a baby on the way but my I-94 ran out March 18th.

We got married within the 90 days etc but it's getting a little annoying having to use my passport as ID, plus it has my old name so I have to explain that I am now married etc etc...

I currently have a Canadian drivers license but, in my old name. Do I have to wait until I apply for AOS to go and get my Texas drivers license or will they give me it because I have my marriage certificate and a Canadian License??

June 3 2013 - Card Mailed, expected delivery date June 5.

September 25th 2013 - Became an official resident!!

October 5th 2013 - Green Card Received.

August 24 2015 - I-751 for Removal of conditions received by California Service Center.

August 24 2015 - NOA Receipt Date.

September 24 2015 - Biometrics.

It varies by state but since you are out of status you probably won't be able to get a license now. Why can't you file just because you are pregnant?

Need to wait because I couldn't get x-rays or vaccines for K-1 in London. Said they need to be done after he is born

Why? you include the papers that your pregnant and continue with AOS. No need to wait.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Why? you include the papers that your pregnant and continue with AOS. No need to wait.

I heard that they need a TB test...mine will probably show positive because I got a BCG in the UK when I was younger. Which means I will need x-rays done and can't get them until after I have the baby.
