Which country are you from? Your name indicated Italy but your case sounds more like Morocco or similar.

If the Congress liaison said there was nothing they could do, then there must have been some serious issues in your case. You could try the two senators of your petitioner's state, and visit a couple of immigration lawyers specialising in denials- most give free first consultations.

Hello everyone as i posted before i had interview recently ,the co told me we swill snet your case back to uscis ,My Fiancee did many call to stop the case not been returned and also sent them an email but without su cess so they anser us by this email Dear Madam,

Thank you for your email inquiry. Mr. XX ’s petition has been returned to the Department of Homeland Security's Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on March 22, 2012 for further review. In order to seek information on the status of the case, you should contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. However you are advised to wait a few weeks (8 to 10 weeks) before contacting USCIS to allow them to receive and review the file.

Due to the personal nature of the information, the file was sent via registered diplomatic pouch (#xxxxxxxx).

Regard
