Address Reads incorrectly on Form

Hi! We need help please!

We have already submitted and printed the DS-156 Application. The instructions clearly state "The form must be filled out completely prior to the applicant's personal interview. Each answer field must contain a response, even if the response is "Not Applicable."

While filling in the address for #15 and #24, we entered "NONE" for the areas of PROVINCE and STATE for #15 and "NONE" for the area of PROVINCE for #24. When the application printed, the address now reads for example:

123 S Street, NONE

San Nicolas, NONE 00387

Aruba

I am nervous that they will not accept this because the address reads incorrectly. Should I resubmit the form or contact the Embassy?

Thanks so much!

I think they will understand, but if not you will get an RFE and then you can correct. Seems simple to me.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
