Dear all

I'm applying for K-1 Visa now, already got my interview date.

Right now I only have signed I-134 from my fiance

Scanned I-134 form , W-2 for past 3 years and payslips for last 3 months from our joint sponsor

My fiance insists that tax return transcripts are not necessary

Just want to make sure that if W-2 forms are good enough for the interview

Thanks for helping~wish you all good luck~

You need tax returns - 2011, 2010, and 2009. They can be obtained by calling IRS 1-800 number if they have a fax machine right next to you they can fax them immediately to your fiance. Otherwise, you get them in 5-10 business days.

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010
