Hi Guys, this question is for my friend who's filing a fiancee visa. I forgot which form that asks "if we stayed for more than 6 months outside our country/abroad" we need to write it down. G-325A on asks about the employer for the last 5 years. I think there was another form that asks about staying more than 6 months abroad and we need to get the police clearance from that country. It's been more than 3 yrs now since I did the papers that is why I forgot which form was it. Thanks

there's only 1 form G-325A,Biographic Info.after the biographic info. is the Applicants Residence last 5yrs.List present address first,then Applicants last address outside U.S of

more than 1 year,then Applicants employment last five years(If none,so state).List Present

employment first.the last part of that form is Applicant:Print your name and alien registration number in the box outlined by heavy border below.This is all info on G-325A.

i still have my extra copy of my G-325A,so i know what's on it.

If you work or had stayed in other country for more than 6 months then you'll need to get

the Police clearance,check on travel.state.gov. some countries are unobtainable for non resident.i hope this give you a little bit info... God bless!

I believe that some of the DOS forms required of the beneficiary for the consulate interview request that info. ....? DS -230 ? Have them take a look at the Guides. You are a good friend to help with another's visa journey.

DS-157 on number 9 "List all countries you have entered in the Last ten years(give year of each visit) i hope i got it right this time... ???

thank you so much! I went over my papers, good thing I made copies of my applications from I-129F and AOS. I found DS-157 and unfortunately it hasn't been change yet. they are still asking about countries we've entered for last 10 yrs I thought my friend can get away with it lol. She went to japan on 2002. That means she needs to get the police clearance like what i did. That means the visa process will take longer. Getting police clearance in Japan takes too long, 6 wks urgh! But she needs to do it in the name of love

yes,you can't get away from it.lol...I did apply for my Police Clearance in Singapore too.

if the Japan required the Request letter from US embassy then i guess she had to wait til she had her Manila case number.if they don't require then better to ask for it now
