I always find it somewhat ironic when people have many guns.... and very little ammo.

It's like the internet warriors who have a tricked-out EBR and, wait for it....... 6 PMAGS! "So let me get this straight, you have a $2500 rifle, a $1500 sight, 500 rounds of ammo..... and only 6 freakin magazines? Are you serious?"

$1500 sight -- $600 glass = $900 savings

I have no problem keeping my gun holstered while I throw a fist or two. I wouldn't think of using my gun except when my life depended on it. In that instance, my fists would probably do very little to save me.

My "top dollar" for USGI mags is $8/each.

WPA goes for $100/500.

So, that $2200 = 100 magazines and 7,000 rounds. Not too shabby!

Or, if you're a snob, you can get 50 PMAGs and about 3,000 rds of M-855.

First of all, Obama might have many faults, but you can not say that he is retarded.

Talking about prepping, I made a mistake of watching couple of episodes last week.

OMFG! Their plans are so full of holes that they better pray, as of praying helps with anything, that nothing will ever happen or they are screwed.

The only positive thing is helping the economy with all the $$$$ they spend prepping.

BTW, no, I'm not a gun control freak, among other things I enjoy going to the range with my wife, and yes I have enough ammo at home.

Please don't see this as a defense of Obama's term, I can offer plenty of criticism in many areas, but we are addressing one issue, gun control. So, tell me one thing Obama did regarding our guns that you disagree with based on facts.
