Neither the Filipino interviewer or the CO asked Amy if she wanted English or Tagalog, they both started out speaking English, the CO switched very quickly to Tagalog with one question as he thought Amy did not understand the question, when she replied he quickly started talking English again.

The Filipino interviewer we had was very friendly and the questions were relaxed and easy, he chatted with both of us, he wrote more information down then the CO did when he interviewed us, but both were very nice.
