I don't know if it's policy, but I've read other people's interview reports and they have said the interviewer asked them if they would like to have the interview in Tagalog or English.

CO that interviewed my Fiancee spoke Tagalog fluently, when he thought she didn't understand something he quickly spoke in Tagalog.

Don't worry they will accomodate your needs.

The interview for the CR1 has the same procedure as the F2A,

you will be first screened by a Filipina or a Filipino screener,

don't worry, TAGALOG ang usapan dyan, you'll be fine, just be courteous to them

and smile, now the last part is when you face the American Consul,

in our case, the American Consul asked us, to which language are we comfortable with,

English or Filipino, I smiled at her and said, English would be fine mam,

so, basically, the consul would always be offering you a choice,

its the same process that I saw from the first family that was ahead of us

in a different window, just relax and smile, you'll be fine...

You're at the home stretch already, the finish line is almost there...

Good luck,..!
