I know I used a hellalot of phone cards when I was waiting. Viapin was the most reasonable I found, and the cards always work, and give you what they say they will. In other words, some may be a couple cents more, but there are no hidden charges and you get all the mns. and etc. Your experience may vary (as well as proce) depending on the country you are calling, so fo course compare and check around. Apply code at check out for discount. If its your first order they call you to make sure its you and this rigormorole, so order over the internet from home. After that you are verified and you don't have to go through that again.

Since Luz has her vonage now I rarely use a phone card but http://www.megaprepaid.com

has better rates to the Philippines. Don't know about the other countries. The only complaint I have is their call timer seems to run fast. (says you have 30 minutes and you get 20) But in the end you still get a good value.
