hello everyone! I post this to help others out there who also need a Request Letter from US Embassy.

specially for those OFW who worked from other country.

I had been waiting for the US embassy to email me the Request letter so i can go on with the

application of my COC(Certificate of Clearance)in Singapore.unfortunately,never receive it.so,I decided to go

and ask for it personally.when i got there around 6:30a.m there's already a long line.You had to approach the person in charge so you don't need to fall inline and tell them that you only need Request letter from window 38.they will let you in,But make sure that you bring your photocopy of NOA2 and if you had already the Appointment Letter,Passport and your Manila case number.NO gadget's allowed inside,sharp objects not even a USB.

you had to watch out for the number posting on the board.once you are inside you just had to sit @ wait for your

number to be called.when i got to the window 38 they ask for my passport,manila case number,Noa2 and show her my appointment letter.she will ask you what country you been,and i ask about Kuwait if i still had to provide the PC,i show her the copy of travelstate.gov that i print on the part of Country Reciprocity.so,she said i don't need to provide it,after i got my Request Letter i leave it was almost 8:30.People there are nice they will attend to you if you had question.I'm so glad that i got it finally...now,for the next step...
