Hi,

my fiance and I have know each other for 6 years. We met too young and now we are only 22. He doesnt have a good job yet, just a part-time job, hes still in college. But we want to get married so I can move in with him and live in his house with his mom and so I could start college for a cheaper cost (college for international students are extemely expensive).

What can we do???? Help! Would they give me a visa?

If he can find a co-sponsor (his mom?) then yes, a visa may be granted.

Either get a co-sponsor or have him get a better-paying/full-time job. You likely have at least 6 months before an interview, which is when the financial situation becomes an issue. Good luck!

No suck thing as "too young" for love! Have him get a co-sponsor for the immigration papers. Or like someone above mentioned, your partner does have 6 month to get a higher paying/full time job. Good luck!

Good point! Also, don't refer to him as husband in any emails, on Facebook etc the way you did in your topic title- the CO may accuse you of being married already sand deny the K1.
