hi VJ friends, i just want to clarify... there's no need to fill out the forms G-325a and DS-230 right? only DS-156, 156k and 157 for the K1 interview? thanks for the help! :innocent:

K1 visa timeline

10/03/2011 - Sent I-129F Via USPS Priority Mail

10/04/2011 - I-129F Received in Lewville, TX

10/06/2011 - NOA1 Notice Date from VSC

10/13/2011 - NOA1 Hard-Copy Received

01/25/2012 - I-129F APPROVED

02/13/2012 - Called USEM Manila, got MNL#

02/25/2012 - Received the eligibility letter from the USEM

03/05-06/2012 - Medical PASSED

03/14/2012 - Interview APPROVED[/color

08/02/2012 - POE Detroit

09/18/2012 - Wedding day!!!

AOS timeline

10/28/2012 - Sent I-485/I-765 via USPS Priority mail

11/01/2012 - Received 2 texts from USCIS, Received in Chicago, IL

01/17/2013 - Received EAD card

Hi there! from what i know G-325a is only when you file your I129-f petition,The DS-230,DS-156 and 156k,DS-157

is the form you need to fill up for K1 interview...and you as a Petitioner you need to fill up the I-134 Affidavit of Support and get all the thing's you'll need for that like,W2,ITR,Pay Stub,Bank Statement,Letter from employer... i hope this helps... July 13'12 Appointment Civil Surgeon

Adjustment Of Status

July 18'12 Send my application for AOS

July 20'12 USPS delivered my docs. to USCIS Chicago,IL

July 23'12 USCIS received Application(Priority date)

July 26'12 Check cash out/got txt@email,received my application

July 30'12 received mail NOA1(AOS/EAD/AP)

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

There is no need to fill out a DS-230 for a K-1 visa. Click here for the required forms the K-1 applicant will need for the interview.
