what date is under process for 129f in CSC

I checked VJ timeline it said October 6 is under process for 129f in CSC but I saw few people timeline they got approved and their NOA1 date is October 17. My date is DEC 13 ,2011 can anybody tell when I get my NOA2?

I have another question about NVC. I saw in some cases when NVC received petition from USCIS and forward to embassy in 7 to 10 days without genrating invoices but in some cases NVC takes more than 4 weeks why?

Generally, nobody besides the person sitting with your file can tell you when you'll get the NOA2. Besides that, you have to take a potential RFE into consideration.

USCIS are not going by the latest approved petition but the oldest they're working on. That means petitions files at a later date can still be adjucated. It takes 5 months plus minus weeks/months. Some get stuck in background check, others on a desk and some rush right through.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days
