Just wondering if when submitting my Perdon at the Juarez office I will get the same officer who interviewed me the first time???? Anyone who can answer my question, thanks in advance

I am not sure. What if he is sick the day of your interview then you will be with another interviewer. Just relax, do some deep breathing exercises, bring all your documentation and you will be fine.
