A rfe isn't necessarily a bad thing...at least it shows somebody more than touched your petition...wish you luck down the road.

Well is not that bad but I wanted my Noah 2

I checked VJ timeline it said October 6 is under process for 129f in CSC but I saw few people timeline they got approved and their NOA1 date is October 17. My date is DEC 13 ,2011 can anybody tell when I get my NOA2?

I have another question about NVC. I saw in some cases when NVC received petition from USCIS and forward to embassy in 7 to 10 days without genrating invoices but in some cases NVC takes more than 4 weeks why?

TO be honest i dont know because CSC take more time that VSC but lest think positive maybe you get that e-mail that everybody is waiting for :star:

An RFE would have been an approval were nothing missing.

Not always, if during the initial review they spot something missing or a-miss they will RFE then it goes back to initial review and background checks.
