On February 29, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

I CANT BELIEVE THIS AFTER ALL I SEND

BUT I GUESS IS FINE BECAUSE I HAVE MORE EVIDENCE. STILL IS FAST BECAUSE IS ONLY LIKE 20 DAYS FROM NOA1

I assume you meant RFE not RMF(?).

Assuming the RFE can be quickly resolved you are likely a few weeks from approval. I wouldn't be too upset.

Did you keep a copy of your petition? Being you are in the review stage and they kicked an RFE back it has to missing something off the check list.

i check everything nathing is missing i dont know what they want . let see when i get the letter.

It could be as simple as a box not checked on the I-129F or a signature, they will kick it back to have you check a box or sign something. After that you get tossed in "the stack" ....

wow. that's another example of fast processing for a Cuban beneficiary. Although a request for evidence is never pleasent, you probably are only a few weeks from approval. Congratulations. And this really interests me because it's obvious something goes on behind the scenes that we as petitioners are just not aware of. I have noticed some people who received touches on 2/09 and 2/10 getting approved. It intrigues me, and I will be very interested to see if any of the other petitioners with these touch dates receive approval soon.

Yes. it's definitely a pattern now. 1 or 2 petitions I wouldn't have read much into. This is like the 4th one within the past 2 weeks. There's definitely aspects to this adjudication process that we are all still unaware of. There's some other layer in the system because these approvals are extremely fast and were not expedited in any way. It is nice to see that some people get to enjoy such an efficient process. I'm still intrigued that many of the touches for these recent petitions occurred around the same time 2/09 or 2/10.

I just sent my RFE response yesterday and was notified that they got it today. I checked my copies too and had everything in there but as it turned out my divorce decree did not have specific language that the marriage between John and Mary Smith are now terminated. I thought that was the officer's error being that the judgment was for dissolution of marriage meaning there wouldnt be any judgment if there was no marriage dissolved and that the parties names whos dissolution it was for was on the judgment. I had to go back to court to get an amendment on the decree which delayed me by almost 3 weeks. It should bot have been flagged though as per illinois law it was a valid decree with or without the labguage they were looking for... Anyway, it's back at CSC now hopefully it only takes a few days to geet the approval since CSC seem to be fairly quick at processing RFE's.

yeahh i check everything too nathing seens missing but they know how to find mistake so i will see what is it when i get the letter
