Unfortunately, accelerated course isn't a choice either as my case is at NVC already and it's just a matter of a month or two before I fly out.

What a bummer. Then have your fiance talk to a dentist in the US and see if they can make adjustments for a braces initiated overseas. Compare the price and see if it is worth it to get the braces started over where you are and then complete the process in the US.

Hello friends , dental care is not expensive in india rather then U.S.

Very true. In many countries, dental care is less expensive when compared to the U.S.

Yes absolutely killer price! My fiancee in Philippines also got the full braces for under $500 done 2 months ago.
