The NOA2 (first one is not needed) maybe (I am betting they will not ask to see it), though there is a copy in the packet that was sent through NVC to the embassy.

So i don't need to bring any copy of NOA1 and NOA2 to the embassy because NVC forwarded the packet right?

Yes the embassy has the whole petition packet from USCIS that NVC forwarded. If you want to bring the NOA2 that is the only one of worth, but not really necessary.
