I just want to know if anyone of you recieved mail/letter from NVC without calling them after 30 days to get the case #? In our case, my husband will wait for the letter/mail from them. It's been 1 month and 11 days now from our approval. Money is so tight right now, so all he can do is wait for that letter/mail before take an action. I am getting old in thinking about this stuff, I don't know if they really need a call before they process the paper. Please can somebody share what you been through about this process? Thanks.

I received a letter in the mail, but i had already called the line and receive it from the automated service line. Then a few days later they billed me for the AOS. You can call and give them your info. or send an inquiry via email. They will respond. You just want the case number, your husband requesting the information will not expedite the service time.

Thanks so much 'The Moxey's'. Now I don't have to worry about it. I thought they really need a call. I already emailed them but all I got is an AUTO RESPONSE, I don't know if I made it wrong. I put our USCIS receipt # in a subject line then asked about what is my case number and invoice number. Could you please send me a pattern or a sample what do I put in a body message?
