Approved. All went well at the new Embassy. Very Nice. When you do the medical you have to pay at another building in center of town. The hospital is about 7 km away. Bus number 12 and 198 go to the hospital. That was a long day. We paid at 8 and was at the hospital at 9. She went through all the stations by noon then had to wait on results so to take to embassy. They gave us results about 230-300. We then went on scouting trip to embassy. Took Metro to Берестейская. Walked about 12 minutes to embassy. Our appt was at 930 and man said that we didn't have to be there early. We decided to get there at 9 the next morning and did. The young man greeting us at the door must have been new as he asked why we were there and did I have permission from the person who made the appointment to be at the interview. I told him No but I was going to be there anyway. He kept on about the permission. I said no but I am going in with her to her appointment. Then another man came up and enlightened him that we are allowed to go with them. Problem solved. Go through the screening. By the way, if women bring their purse they will have to rent a locker across the street for 25 uah. Once inside, man helped us get a number and directed us to a window. She turned all the paperwork in and I went and paid. Then we waited for about little over an hour. Then interview time. Questions: How many times have I been to visit her? What was my occupation? Do I have any animals and what kind? Where I lived? Where her sister lived? and how far away? Tatiana's sister is married to American and will be 3 hours away from us. He asked if I have been to meet her sister? When did I meet her sister and mother since mother was visiting sister at time. The man was very nice about everything and it is hard to guide anyone to the questions as he would generate from what he sees in the files. Good Luck to everyone. Hopefully get visa in hand next week then POE.
