Hello all,

My wife had her K3 interview this morning at Mumbai and everything went well except that her birth certificate did not have her mom and dad's name so she was given a form 221g to submit a notorized letter stating her birth date and all. She already submited it at the VFS office and they said she could come pick up the passport and Visa tomorrow.

Here's a question: She won't be able to go to pick it up since she left to visit out temple before she leaves India on Friday. Her dad is going to go pick up her passport. Hopefully they won't give him any trouble. Has anyone experienced this before? Please let me know, I'm still nervous.

Some of the questions that she was asked:

How long have you known each other?

Was the wedding arranged or love?

When was the wedding?

What was the basis of this marriage?

Did you or your husband have boyfriend/girlfriends?

Would you have pool parties in US?

And then she was given the 221g and took her fingerprints. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow and she would be with me on Saturday.

I will keep you'll posted but I cannot thank VJers enough with all the support and help that I've received. Good luck all...........
