Hello, i have a question. When I am calling to USCIS number and trying to fine the info about the case status it says - status for this case could not be found in the system.What does this mean? thanx

April 2004 K3 visa in hand

May 2005 interview

Feb 2006 case sent to Cali

April 2006-fingerprints

Ocober 2006-still pending FBI name check

April 2007 -faxed to senator...

Work Auth. filed for the third time

If you supplied us a little more info we would probably be able to answer your question a little better ...

Did you apply for AOS/EAD/AP ??

When did you apply ??

Did you receive your first NOA ??

Definately filling out a timeline would make it alot easier ...

K-1 VISA
08-05-06 - Married in Sycamore IL


AOS / EAD
08-24-06 - AOS/EAD mail to Chicago (Day 1)

11-06-06 - GC & Welcome Letter arrive in Mail (Day 75)

I-751
09-23-08 - Sent Package via USPS (Day 1)
01-02-09 - Received GC in mail (with wrong Resident Since date) (Day 101)

AOS was filed in May 2004, interview May 2005, second finger prints April 2006....

InfoPASS would be the most appropriate course of action. Your case looks overdue, additional issues with their case system.

Bring all documents related to your cse ( NOA, FP NOA, etc ) to your InfoPASS visit.
