Hello Vj members,

Just a few questions regarding filing I-129F. This is for my friend who wants my help. His fiancee is working in Oman and he is schedule to meet her there. His fiancee contract will end by June 2012 and she will be coming home and dont want to come back abroad no more. My question is, in G-325A, do i need to list his fiancee address aborad first or the address in the philippines since she will come home june, but they want to submit the petition by april after they meet on march.

any suggestions will be much appreciated. thanks

By the time they are reviewing the petition she will be back in the Philippines I would guess, based on current timelines and assuming it is at CSC. I would use the home address in the Philippines as the stay in Oman I would consider temporary. And I would say that to anyone who asked  .
