Is it better to get your Vaccinations in the Philippines or in the USA?

What is the pros and cons of each?

Get the ones you can as St. Lukes. You will still need a few shots when you come to the US, but the ones they have available are included in the price of the Medical Examination. Also, if you refuse them, you have to do more paperwork, and more questions later possible, at the interview, and at the POE.

BTW, if you really want to save some money, find a good dentist in the Philippines (Yes, there are a few), and get all the work done there. A front bridge in the US can cost as much as a new car, but can be done for a few thousand USD in the Philippines.

She was told if she got her shots there that she would have to come back in later in the month.

She is at St Luke's right now.. and she is saying they are telling her if she wants her vaccination here in Phil she has to come back next month after her period to receive them?

Ah, okay. They must want to make sure she is not pregnant for one or more of the shots for some reason.

Yes that is what they are saying so they are not giving her ANY of the shots even though they are already paid for. Even though she has been on pill last two months and could not be preg. Not to mention easy enough to do an ovulation test. I am here taking of time from work to fly back with her. Cannot afford to take an extra two weeks. Just seems like should be able to sign some type of release of form to be able to go ahead and get the vaccination tomorrow like usual.
