Mailing Address

Hi I am mailing my I-130 package on behalf of my wife. I live in Ohio and was wandering what is the best place to mail it? the instructions say for the U.S. Postal service to mail to USCIS P.O. box 804625 Chicago IL 60680-4107 or for Express mail or Courier deliveries to send to USCIS Attn: I-130 131 South Dearborn -3rd Floor Chicago IL 60603-5517

Is Express mail Fed Ex? or UPS? or does the U.S. Postal service have express mail? What is the best way? or doesn't matter?

I sent our package using the U.S. Postal service Priority Mail. It arrived very quickly to the PO Box. Good luck.

Express Mail is USPS Express. The Dearborn address would be utilized if you send it USPS Express, FedEx, UPS, or some other service.

When I filed my I-130, I sent it to the PO Box using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
