I know im getting a little itchy because its around our time. September filers! I remember when filing realizing we got CSC was a good thing! But not right now. Its 2 months behind Vermont.. Any ideas, no one seemed to get any approvals on Friday. Hopefully they will speed up this week.

I haven't a clue.

However, I suspect that you will get your petition reviewed before mine....if that is any consolation. :unsure:

The glacial pace of approvals at the CSC is quite unnerving. Hopefully, it will turn around soon.

CSC is approving more petitions than VSC since a few weeks now. They just have more backlog...

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

25 JAN 2012: Response for 'Typographical Error' in the email from the 20th(no wonder I didnt get it)

I just got my RFE on January 26 and my NOA1 was Aug 22. So yours should be soon!

Be glad that there's a democrat in office rofl.gif, things could be a lot slower!

I can remember when I originally filed the K-1 and can say..."A watched pot never boils"

As soon as she got here time just flew..before we knew it we were removing conditions! It's makes the time you finally meet again that much sweeter and will ALWAYS make a great story for the kids :)

You realize that all the 129F timelines on VJ only represents about 5% of all the 129F petitions that CSC receives each month?

When you don't see any immigration timeline update on VJ, it doesn't mean that all CSC employees just went on vacation.

Hope they start approval in this week. I would love to see when someone get approved from CSC filed from Sep-Oct. if they do we are in Oct.so i will be fine. But on their historical K1 process,still June is on process. And i think they are very slow. 2.5person/day way slow.

CSC is kicking *** at the moment but their back-log is a lot greater than Vermont. I would think its coming soon,from what I saw on here they flew through July/August, I hope you hear some good news soon

I'm entering random WACxxx's at the USCIS website, and it still looks like they're processing mid June, 2011, though I did see some from May that haven't been looked at yet. :help:

Oh no:( That is extremely slow. I don't know what to do,but i wish for all of us all the best. Yea.they are processing mid. June,but some peoples got NOA2 filed in Sept. it is really weird. i have no idea if the timeline is working.

yea i see there is still quite a few june getting approved but judging by igors list it seems to be mainly focused on August now no?

Your filing is an I130 though right, that generally takes a little longer also I believe...

Its strange igors list seems to be all June and August with a few septembers thrown in there, no July at all, that must of been cleared out. haha..
