What phone number can a US Citizen Petitioner call to get information about a K1/K2 visa that is experiencing problems with paperwork being lost between the NSO and U.S. Embassy? I was hung up on many times and tried for over 45 minutes to contact someone, only to be finally told you were now closed. I have also tried to contact via email with no response.

Those are the numbers I was calling, and I started calling the (632)301-2000 number at 3:45 PM Manila time. It kept telling me their lines were busy and to call back later then hanging up on me. I tried going to the operator and it she would put me into so line that would just ring and ring until it got routed back to her and then she would send me to the line that would tell me to call back later and hang up on me. I will try the (214)571-1600 number when they open and hopefully I'll get to talk to someone.

Trying to get problems resolved with the Embassy seems so difficult.
