so i have no chance to join my wife?

I think you have a chance, but you have to realize what you are dealing with, that's all. You need to know what you are up against.

You will need to prove to them that your relationship is legitimate, and your fiancee has to be heavily involved in this process. If it appears that you are running the show, it might appear to them that you are manipulating the situation to your benefit. Therefore, you

must talk to your fiancee - Is she Moroccan American or not? She must take some initiative and contact her senator right away. Maybe it will help and maybe not, but it is better to try than not to.

But more importantly, you have to show that you two really know each other well, because now that your case has been flagged, you have to overcome this and there are some people here who have been denied twice and are still fighting.

Are you of the same religion?

Has she been married before?

Is she childless and of child bearing age?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Sounds like that will make things much easier for her to move.

Multi national marriages are a two way route.

Often you come across older women, divorced with children who can not take there children abroad.

Seems like in this case your wife has no issues and the advantage of the same religion so cultural issues will be nominal.

Can you get her to call her senator? I think that should be your next move. Then think about how you can build a stronger case - how can you spend more time together, rather than just a week here or there.

yes we are same religion.and no she never got married and she is 31 years old

OP you have stated your wife is 10 year older...so you are 21, a Moroccan citizen and very unfamiliar with the U.S.Visa process. And as you write..the English language.

If your marriage is real and you both wish to fight for your rights...It would be advisable for your U.S. wife to get on V.J and start learning more. As you finally shared with your posts it seems like the usual situation that a lot of people have gone through at CASA, due to past fraud.

My case included.

Maybe another person on the Moroccan portal can speak Arabic and help the OP?

Just a suggestion....I feel for everyone and it hit home when he questioned... "So I have no chance to be with my wife?"

Good luck SADMAN
