How long did you wait for interview?

In our case - the NVC only really took a couple of weeks each to review our AOS and DS-230. Our DS-230 was sent separately to the AOS because I was still waiting on my PCC to come back - that set us back about 3wks. And then we got a false RFE for our marriage certificate which set us back another 3wks. After we finally got SIF and CC we waited about 2wks to have an interview date assigned, which was for 3wks later. So all up we spent about 2 and a half months at the NVC - but this was probably somewhat longer than most people due to those couple of hiccups.

If everything goes smoothly you should probably get through the NVC in about a month. Interviews for Sydney are usually assigned within about a month or 6wks from CC.

If you have just sent all your AOS and DS-230 info, assuming no issues, I would guess you may be looking at an early to mid April interview date - but don't quote me lol - you can never quite be sure with this process - yours may be earlier or it may be later.

Good luck

Check out my timeline in my signature. After the case number was assigned, things went pretty quickly. Main slow down was Australia post (I'm never using them again, will go DHL for all future stuff) and the RFE for originals...
