remember.. you can kill, cheat and steal.. BUT DON"T ever NOT PAY your taxes.. AL CAPONE and others have learned the hard way :)

People are getting me confuse as to what you need to proof, to my understanding why will this guy need to show his tax returns. It doesnt show on the USCIS website where he has to send in a tax return if he works for someone. All he has to do is havee the employer confirm his employment, and he goes to the bank to get his banking activities.

You are confused because you are in the wrong forum. The person here is not doing what you are doing. Remember, there are lots of different paths on this website. You will have to show your tax returns once you file for Adjustment of Status (which you have to file later), however. But for now, no one here is talking about K-1.

You are confused because you are in the wrong forum. The person here is not doing what you are doing. Remember, there are lots of different paths on this website. You will have to show your tax returns once you file for Adjustment of Status (which you have to file later), however. But for now, no one here is talking about K-1.

Got it thank,and when you file for AOS. How many years of tax returns do you have to provide?
