G325A- CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED

Hi,

I am currently trying to fill out the G-325A form. I am unemployed...should I just skip the line where it says "Present Time" and then fill out my employment history.

Also, I am finding there is no room to state the full employer name and address, I've read people have attached a seperate sheet of paper and listed this information, however, I am wondering, what reference they have put on this just in case it gets lost?

I wrote on the form: SEE SEPARATE SHEET

On the separate sheet that I attached, I had:

Case number in the top right corner (if no case number then I would put name and DOB)

I typed the question and the question number that it related to (in your case copy the question and # for your employment history)

Then I added the additional information

I had no issues. I trust this helps.

I'm going to assume this is a 129-F Petition. (No Timeline)

Write unemployed and and give the dates. If there is no room write a attachment labeled: Attachment to 325-A. Give all the dates and go back as far as they ask. List former employers on the 325-A and give addresses on your attachment. Paperclip this to the 325-A Original. As far as it being lost, send Confirmation Delivery and track it. It is rare these are lost going to Dallas but make copies. Do not forget to sign and date the attachment. In INK
