Is the Canada Post mailer (in the http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Canada ) still applicable, or has this been phased out with the DHL courier requirements?

Found the answer in another thread, that yes the mailer has been phased out by the DHL courier requirement.

To apply for US based Visa card for some one with TD Account on either side the border, utilizing good Canadian credit history. Here is the application that you can fill and fax or mail it to the address in it.

If you don't have TD account, you can open one by calling 1-877-700-2913. Get your Canadian PP and Driver's license ready. They will ask you some unique questions supplied by TransUnion that will make your head spinning. Actually they will ask random questions from your previous residence address to your branch address or work address or phone number. They are all MCQs so you just have to pick the right answer. If all goes well, you saved yourself a trip to East Coast (where the TD US branches are located).

I'm adding a link to this thread as many members have had similar problems with the TPMS requirements.  Very good thread but we have too many Pinned threads to Pin it. This is the next best thing.
