can i place all the employed dates in the box given on the form G325A and then place all the unemployed ones in an attachment?

or should i just re-type everything - in chronological order?

Type everything in chronological order.The present job first.

such as From July,2006 to Present. first job name.

From June,2006 to Feb,2005.second job name.

From Jan,2005 to Aug,2004.third job name.

There's no question asking about periods of unemployment.

If there's no employment to show entering 'unemployed' for the full 5-year period would be an appropriate thing to write to avoid any possible confusion that might result from an answer such as 'N/A'. But otherwise there's no point.
