Thanks Suzy!! We have been in England this past weekend also (I needed a hit of shopping and thought we should do it before I hand my passport over next week!)

Hope by the time you see this you got the job, packed everything up successfully and are ready to go :)

I was going to post a thread especially for you closer to your interview date, but I guess I'll wish you the best now!

If you have any last minute questions, do ask!

It's really not that bad. It's more nerve-racking than anything. And don't worry about the photos. That's why they have a photobooth at the Consulate.

Good luck!

Thanks for the good wishes guys. I went to have my second shots of Varicella and MMR yesterday lunchtime. The immunization clinic was closed for training from 12 yesterday, and because today is a 'goal day' and Monday is a holiday, they are not open until Tuesday. So I only have half my immunizations. Grrr.

I'm just hoping that taking the paperwork with me on Tuesday to the medical to show that I have had the Tetanus and Diptheria and the first round of Varicella and MMR will be enough along with the fact I have had measles and chicken pox, and a rubella jab at school. If not I will offer to fax the proof of the second set of jabs to them on Wednesday, which is no biggie for me as I was not going to get the go-ahead since the medical is after the interview anyway.

Sigh. Oh well, it can't *all* go perfectly, can it? :)
