Payment Check Question

I will be sending my packet at the California Service Center for filing.

However I have a few questions:

1: DO I just put $590 in one check or do i have to seperate biomentrics fee and filing fee?

2. Who do I put the check under? USCIS?

3. How do I list my address and dates of all my addresses? anyone has a format for this?

You can use 1 check.

Please read the instructions it clearly states who to make the check payable to. If you missed that then you may have missed more important information as well.

Yep one check and make it out to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" although I must concur on reading over the instructions!

For additional addresses, we just typed it up on a blank document with the address and dates, similar to how they have it laid out on the application itself. We put my husband's A# at the top of the sheet along with the question it regards.
