Has anyone filed an I-134 with a co-sponsor? If so, what supporting documentation did you include? My fiancee is getting ready for her interview, and I am trying to get this taken care of, but I am a University student with a part-time job on campus. My father will be my co-sponsor, but we both need to fill out the I-134 forms (if I understand the procedure correctly). I am just confused on what documents I need to submit because I am not the one who can provide the support at this time. Is anyone else in a similar situation? THANK YOU

As I know,if you are still a student, you could have a co-sponsor.You both need to fill out I-134.Your father has to give the copy of his passport or birth certificate to show that he is an american citizen. He and his wife (your mom) has both to sign I-134 and notarize I-134.His W-2 wage statements and Tax return for recently 1 year. Also your father needs an employer letter with the owner's signature and the common seal on.Other vjers could help me to complete the information what the co-sponsor and you need.Hope it could help you some.
