Arrival/Departure Record (I-94)

I know I need to put N/A since my wife is a Canadian visitor and doesn't have one.

Date arrived

But do I need to put when she got here or do I put N/A as well?

Again, she has no I-94

I think you should put date there. Didn't she get the stamp on her passport when she entered US? I think you can find a date there.

Nah. No stamp. She only got a stamp in her passport when she first visited me in the USA over a year ago. I know when she got here last but it has nothing to do with I-94 and that's why I'm not too sure whether or not I should just leave that line blank.

Put the date when she arrived - as the form says. Whether or not she has an I-94 she still has an arrival date.

Will do. Thank you. My wife and I seem to be having problems with Form I-485. She doesn't have a US Social Security # nor a A # nor a I-94 # but whenever we put None in the blank space it gets changed to a bunch of 0's ... Any way to fix that or are we supposed to leave all those zeros there?

We left it blank on the computer in order to avoid the zeros, and then wrote "None" by hand on the printout.
