I received a letter to rewrite intent to marry statement and proof of meeting in person. Proof of meeting in person can be copies of passport pages that show the identification page and admission stamps. I'm sure I already sent the admission stamps but not the identification page. Secondary evidence may include film-dated photographs.... How do I print photos w/ the dates on them?

another question is... we both changed our first name at some point in our lives... but we didn't send proof of name change w/ our application, so should I include that or only include what they're asking for?

Thanks in advance

Only include what they are asking for. Copy of the photo and ID page of the passport and print copies of any photos you have, they need not be time stamped. Time stamps have to be programmed in the camera that took the photos. Digital camera timestamps are not valid anyway, they can be changed. You can print the photos on regular paper or photo paper or put them on a disc and take them to a photo shop to print.

I attached a file for my RFE.. please check and see what I really need to send in? I already sent a couple of our photos but w/o date stamps... and when I looked at this request... "copies of passport pages that show the identification and admission stamps" is in bold... so does that mean I should just make a copy of my passport admission page and bio page? and not to include anything else? I don't want make any mistakes again... thank you for your help...

It looks like you both need to write and sign a letter simply saying you intend to marry with 90 days of visa. I sent in my orders to korea , my passport , and passport stamps , intinery, ect. and everything went smoothly.

Along with some photos of us togather ( not dated )

They obviously prefer the passport pages because they've emphasized that on the RFE. Copy those pages, in color, and send them in.

The "film-dated photograph" requirement comes from a time long gone when everyone used film cameras, and when all but the cheapest cameras had the ability to print an image of the time and date on the film. Almost nobody uses film cameras anymore, and as Gary said, dates on digital prints are easily faked. Just print your photos and write the date on the back, along with where the photo was taken and who appears in it. As long as it doesn't look Photoshopped then they'll usually accept it. If you just send photos with nothing written on them then they have no idea when or where they were taken, or who is in the photos.
