How many Military personal got denied the visa

I was curous about all the military people on the board if they had problems with the consulate, did anybody get denied? Or have any issues, please share your experinces. I am looking more for people that had problems at the consulate office.

My fiance is in the US Army. We didnt have no problems at all. I had my interview yesterday and i will have my Visa in the mailbox next week

Not sure the basis of your question, but from the posts I have seen Consulates will bend over backwards to help the Military, especially where they are under orders.

Nope, didn't have any problem at all. After all, I would say we even had some kind of "bonus" at both interviews. I was done with the K1 Interview after about 10 Minutes and 15 in the consulate in Germany and with the AOS interview after only 15 Minutes with no waiting time at all (we only handed in the invitation and got called right away).

I have not read or heard of any denial of visa for military personnel, I am sure some have happen at some point but most of the time they will be approved. Good luck with your process.

Well I am a documnet first. They denied me big time, they asked him what did I do and told them I was in the Military, the Navy and that I worked in Aviation. They moved on for about an hour and they said no. Thanks yuo the support people and best of luck to everyone.

What was the reason for denial? And can you give us some more deatils, I am sure you can request a new decision.

Private, I do not think being in the military had anything to do with the denial. I really believe the MAJOR reason is the short length of time between when u first started talking and when u filed. To me that is the biggest red flag and the one about his cousin. If only u had waited awhile before visiting him and then filing. But what is done is done.

Being in the military did not work against you in your case. You had Morroco problems which you know by now is high fraud and they make triple sure.

I'm in the U.S. Army, my fiancee Qiuxiang had her interview on October 17, 2006 at around 10:30am China time, October 16, 2006 at around 10:30pm Michigan time.

Everything went very well, in fact she had too much relationship information with her (heck our phone history paperwork must have been about 1" thick). Her interview lasted for about 3 minutes, the interviewer saw pictures of us together, he must have saw the true, deep love in our eyes for one another. Hers and our daughters visa was granted. I have our home prepared for them, I told Quixiang that if she doesn't like the decorating or the way that the furniture's laid out this is their home and to change it any way that they like it to be.

Getting back to the topic at hand, I believe that being in the military had no impact on the denial. I also believe that people are doing what they can for the military members with all that has been going on.

Wants the chances of petition being back to usics to get sent back too embassy.for maybe lack of proof of relationship??But sent in alot of proof to embassy.

And any thought on age difference ??
